Deck Renovations
Deck was completely restored with Trex Decking to update previously weathered boards and to last for the next twenty years. We also removed the old vinyl railing and replaced it with real wood to give it a natural feeling and increase overall longevity for this beautiful home.
Flooring Remodel
Real Remodeling can take care of all your flooring needs as seen in this project. In this home, we replaced the carpet with natural wood flooring to the customers needs.
Patio Restoration
Over time, weathering and erosion can affect your home in many ways such as what we saw in this project. The sunken steps were removed and releveled. To help prevent future erosion, we installed a French drain system. The stairs were also enhanced with real stone.
